Plasma Center Operations Lead

Job summary

CSL plasma center is seeking a capable supervisor to manage day-to-day operations and staff, ensuring efficient plasma collections and strict SOP compliance.

You will supervise activities, coordinate with Group Leaders to move donors swiftly, monitor attendance, support recruitment, and maintain training files and performance documentation.

This role reports to the Center Manager and requires a high school diploma, plus at least one year of supervisory experience; bilingual skills may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others.
• Experience coordinating team activities and guiding performance is preferred.
• Familiarity with training records and coaching processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day center operations in compliance with SOPs and provide clear instructions.
• Facilitate donor movement with Group Leaders to minimize wait times.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor attendance and overtime utilization.
• Conduct investigations and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with recruitment and selection of center staff when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel and donor information.
• Support development of marketing initiatives to increase donor retention.
• Record donor data accurately in the information system.
