Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory/leadership experience overseeing others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations and staff.
• Provide clear instructions, conduct meetings, and communicate performance expectations.
• Maintain training files, certifications, and performance evaluations.
• Assist with recruitment/selection of center operation staff and cross-train in functions.
• Ensure SOP compliance, donor data recording, and adherence to safety policies.
