Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day plasma center operations and staff, ensuring efficient donor collections and adherence to SOPs. You will report to the Center Manager and collaborate with Group Leaders to minimize donor wait times while upholding safety, quality, and training standards.

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory/leadership experience.
• Ability to work overtime and extended hours to support center operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day center operations and staff per SOPs; provide clear instructions and communicate performance expectations.
• Facilitate donor movement with Group Leaders to minimize wait times.
• Ensure adequate staffing and monitor time cards, attendance, and overtime usage.
• Conduct error investigations and propose process improvements.
• Participate in performance appraisals and coaching, maintain training files and certifications.
• May assist with recruitment and selection of center operation staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements (HSE/OSHA).
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
