Job summary

Grifols is seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor to join our plasma center team in Bowling Green. The role requires supervising donor flow, ensuring compliance with FDA/OSHA/CLIA/cGMP and internal SOPs, and maintaining accurate records to uphold high production standards.

Responsibilities include training staff, reporting to Center/Assistant Manager, and supporting center operations while maintaining donor satisfaction and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; certified phlebotomist, donor processor, plasma processor, and designated trainer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ability to perform tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal SOPs.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and manufacturing records to meet production standards.
• Attend trainings, maintain documentation, and report to management.
• Assist in training new employees and facility maintenance; support center operations.
