Responsibilities

• Supervise donor flow and ensure production tasks are performed.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and SOPs.
• Train and mentor new staff and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare timely reports and manage donor funds per center needs.
• Maintain clean, safe center and proper equipment operation.
