Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Kentucky to oversee plasma center operations, supervise donor flow, and ensure adherence to FDA/OSHA/CLIA/cGMP standards. The role requires coordinating training, maintaining records, and producing timely reports while keeping a clean and compliant facility.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with phlebotomy and plasma processing certifications, plus experience in donor processing and supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Certifications as Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor and Trainer are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise donor flow and production employees to maintain center operations.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP, following SOPs.
• Attend training, maintain records, and generate reports for management.
• Assist in training new staff and oversee donor records.
• Maintain clean, safe facility and coordinate with other service areas.
