Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience with phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ability to perform any/all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP SOPs and internal procedures.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and manufacturing records to maintain high production standards.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings; ensure thorough documentation of records.
• Assist in training new employees and retraining current staff; report unsafe conditions.
