Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited's BioLife Plasma Services facility in Flint seeks an operations leader to oversee production areas and manage financial, regulatory, quality, personnel and facilities tasks while reporting to the District Manager.

You will drive donor retention, lead hiring and training, monitor production metrics, ensure safety, and maintain compliance with federal, state and company regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience in a medical or regulated environment preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations within the plasma collection facility and monitor metrics.
• Lead hiring, training and development of staff.
• Ensure donor retention, high customer service levels, and cost data.
• Maintain regulatory, safety and quality standards across the operation.
• Manage facility audits and production/cost forecasting.
