Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is hiring an operations lead for our Deptford, NJ facility. You will report to the District Manager and oversee the medical plasma production site, its staff, and all regulatory, quality and administrative tasks.

You will monitor performance using data, drive donor retention and service levels, manage hiring and training, and lead audits while forecasting production and cost goals in compliance with federal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in a medical or regulated field

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations within the facility and use data to monitor metrics
• Oversee employee hiring, training and develop employee talent
• Provide leadership to ensure donor retention, high customer service levels, production monitoring and cost data
• Comply with all federal, state, local and company regulations related to quality of product, employee and donor safety
• Manage facility audit processes and help resolve any related issues that arise from the audit
• Forecast and attain production and cost goals, while assuring compliance with BioLife, local and federal regulations
• Manage bloodborne pathogens protocols
