Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Deptford, NJ, seeks a facility operations leader to manage plasma collection activities, staff performance, and overall site efficiency. You will drive donor retention, monitor production metrics, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all processes.

The role requires at least three years in a regulated environment, CPR/AED certification, and the ability to work weekends with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required but higher level degree is desired.
• Minimum of three years' experience preferably in a medical or other regulated field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work weekends/extended work periods and occasional travel.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to be mobile for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the plasma collection facility and monitor metrics.
• Oversee hiring, training and development of staff.
• Provide leadership to ensure donor retention, customer service, production monitoring and cost data.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations related to quality, safety and operations.
• Manage facility audits and resolve issues arising from audits.
• Forecast production and cost goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
