Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Colonial Heights, VA is seeking a Center Operations Leader to oversee daily plasma collection operations, staff, and facility management, reporting to the District Manager.

You will use data to monitor metrics, lead hiring and training, and drive donor retention and service quality while ensuring strict regulatory compliance and safety standards across all activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a medical or other regulated setting.
• Willingness to work weekends and occasional travel.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to be mobile and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong focus on safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility operations and monitor production metrics.
• Oversee employee hiring, training and talent development.
• Provide leadership to ensure donor retention and high customer service levels.
• Ensure compliance with all federal/state regulations and safety requirements.
• Manage facility audit processes and resolve audit issues.
• Forecast production and cost goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage bloodborne pathogens protocols.
