Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in a medical or other regulated field.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours; occasional travel.
• CPR and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and use data to monitor metrics.
• Oversee hiring, training and developing facility staff.
• Provide leadership to ensure donor retention and high service levels.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
• Manage audit processes and resolve issues arising from audits.
• Forecast production and costs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage bloodborne pathogen protocols.
