BioLife Plasma Services, LP, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Center Operations Manager in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. You will oversee donor operations, manage staff performance, and coordinate scheduling to ensure smooth daily activities.

You will lead inventory control, address donor concerns, and collaborate across Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing to drive quality and compliance in a busy plasma donation center.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in leadership, scheduling and inventory control preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead inventory control efforts and operational initiatives.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate effectively and resolve conflicts.
