Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Manager in Everett, WA to lead donor center operations and ensure safety, quality, and performance targets are met. You will oversee frontline staff, uphold FDA, CLIA, OSHA, and cGMP standards, and act for the Center Manager as needed while driving center efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years supervisory experience in a regulated environment, with potential relocation and leadership responsibilities across centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related experience in clinical or general business.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the donor center when the Center Manager is not present.
• Collaborates with Training and Quality staff to ensure that training and quality goals are met.
• Coaches and leads through effective feedback to employees through the Operations Supervisor(s).
• Monitor and evaluate operations; develop action plans to maximize center efficiency and supervise implementation.
• Direct and supervise employees; create and manage work schedules.
