Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise donor flow and production tasks within the plasma center.
• Learn and maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP, and SOPs.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection, and records for quality.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of records.
• Maintain neat facility and ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Submit timely reports to the Center/Assistant Manager.
• Assist in training new and current employees.
• Coordinate with other service areas to ensure quality.
• Build rapport with donors to support long-term donation.
• Report unsafe conditions to area lead or manager.
• May be trained to repair plasma center equipment.
• Assist Center Manager/Assistant Manager in duties as needed.
