Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in a medical or other regulated field.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Ability to be mobile for entire work shift.
• Occasional travel and weekend work may be required.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and physical stamina needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations within the plasma collection facility and monitor metrics.
• Oversee hiring, training and development of staff.
• Provide leadership to ensure donor retention and high customer service levels.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations related to product quality and safety.
• Manage facility audit processes and address audit findings.
