Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Ypsilanti, MI, is seeking a Center Operations Supervisor to oversee production staff, support the Center Manager, and drive production and cost goals while maintaining regulatory and quality standards.

You will participate in hiring and training, ensure safety and compliance, report operational needs, handle audits, and contribute to a fast-paced, patient-focused environment with comprehensive benefit programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry.
• Ability to work weekends and extended shifts; occasional travel.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Mobility to work an entire shift; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the selection of new team members and training within the center.
• Foster teamwork and provide performance feedback including disciplinary action.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
• Participate in correction and prevention of audit findings and prepare routine reports.
• Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
