Job summary

Grifols, a global healthcare company, is seeking a Center Manager in Casa Grande, AZ to lead a Plasma Collection Center. You will oversee daily operations, staff, quality control, and compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP standards, driving efficiency and patient donor care.

Reporting to regional management, the role involves budgeting, staffing planning, training, and performance management to meet quarterly targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related work experience in clinical or general business environment.
Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Acts as the general manager for a Plasma Collection Center and has overall responsibility for the center's operation.
Meet quarterly goals, staffing hours per labor efficiency standards, CPL targets and KPI commitments.
Directs and manages employees and operations to high ethical and quality standards.
Develop action plans to maximize center efficiency and supervise process improvements.
Manage headcount and budgeting to align with production targets and cost structure.
Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP.
Build donor relations and maintain donor center operations and records.
