Job summary

Grifols, S.A. in Paducah, KY seeks a General Manager for a Plasma Collection Center. You will oversee daily operations, lead staff, ensure quality and compliance with cGMP and FDA standards, and drive efficiency and donor satisfaction.

Reporting to regional management, you will supervise training, resource planning, and budget adherence to meet quarterly goals while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent., preferably in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience in clinical or general business experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly goals, staffing/hours per labor efficiency standards/cost per liter targets and KPI goals.
• Create organizational environment and value systems to stimulate morale and productivity.
• Operate the center and manage staff to high standards of ethics and integrity.
• Manage staff to meet training and quality goals and implement process improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate operations; develop action plans for efficiency and supervise improvements.
• Manage headcount for efficient staffing across production cycles and spikes.
• Oversee hiring, assignments, direction of work, training, disciplinary actions, and records.
