Job summary

Grifols, S.A. is seeking an Operations Manager for our Las Vegas plasma collection center. You will lead day-to-day donor floor operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive production goals with a focus on safety and quality.

This role reports to Center leadership and guides frontline staff to meet high standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated setting; plasma industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, nursing, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical or regulated environment.
• Experience in plasma, blood products, or cGMP environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor center operations and lead frontline staff.
• Partner with Training and Quality to meet goals and SOPs.
• Coach staff through effective feedback and performance management.
• Develop action plans to maximize efficiency and control costs.
• Manage personnel records, hiring, and internal communications.
• Assist budget preparation and monitor center performance against targets.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards.
• Maintain donor satisfaction and community relations.
