Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience in clinical or general business experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly goals, staffing/hours per labor efficiency standards/cost per liter (CPL) targets and KPI goals.
• Create appropriate organizational environment and value systems which stimulate morale and productivity.
• Operates the center and manages employees and operations to high ethical standards.
• Manage staff to ensure training and quality goals are met and to implement operational changes.
• Monitor and evaluate operations; develop action plans to maximize efficiency.
• Manage headcount for staffing during production cycles and provide projections to regional management.
• Direct personnel functions including hiring, assignment and training, disciplinary actions and records.
• Provide strategic direction and planning.
• Oversee donor selection, plasma collection and shipment; ensure training of production staff.
