Octapharma Plasma, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily donor center operations and ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP standards.

You will lead a team, manage scheduling and payroll, support inspections, implement CAPA, and drive performance against KPIs while fostering a safe, inclusive work environment. This role requires a High School Diploma and at least 1 year supervisory experience in production or operations; training in all production areas is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 12 months applicable experience.
• 1 year of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of people management preferred including recruiting, training, etc.
• Trained in all production areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations to ensure production, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist with inspections, audits, and CAPA implementation in collaboration with departments.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and processes.
• Promote Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and conduct safety training.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of donor center equipment and facility cleanliness.
• Safeguard product and sample storage equipment; manage shipments and SOPs.
• Support production targets, cost optimization, and inventory management.
• Provide input on employee performance, evaluations, and employment decisions.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture and HR policy adherence.
• Act as a Designated Trainer and conduct training and assessments.
• Lead through area walkthroughs and support productivity and operations.
• Cultivate donor relationships and support marketing initiatives.
• Manage scheduling, payroll records, and staff meetings for efficient resources.
• Monitor KPIs and address deficiencies with leadership.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
