CSL in Gulfport, MS is seeking a Center Operations Leader responsible for overall center operations, including production, quality compliance, finance, HR, and IT. You will implement SOPs, drive quality and profitability, and oversee safety programs for donors and staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 1 year of supervisory experience, and involves up to 10% overnight travel. Expect on-site duties in a regulated plasma center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience overseeing a team.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with all SOPs and all applicable regulations.
• Collect and analyze data to maintain quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Collaborate with center manager to meet regulatory and customer requirements ensuring safety and purity of plasma and donors/employees.
• Develop corrective action plans with QA to address audit findings.
• Ensure OSHA training and recordkeeping compliance.
• Manage HR functions including recruitment, training, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
• Support marketing and advertising efforts for the center.
• Overnight travel up to 10%.
