Job summary

Grifols in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee plasma center operations, supervise donor flow, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high production standards.

You will train staff, ensure accurate records, coordinate with the Center Manager, and uphold safety protocols under FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP guidelines.

This role requires a high school diploma and relevant certifications, plus about 4 years of experience in phlebotomy and plasma processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with related certifications.
• Phlebotomy, donor processing and plasma processing certifications required.
• Designated Trainer certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ability to perform all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Ensure familiarity with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and SOPs and ensure compliance.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and documentation to standard.
• Attend required trainings and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in training new employees and retraining current staff.
• Communicate with center management and other teams to ensure quality and safety.
