• Maintain ability to perform any/all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Learn and maintain familiarity with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal procedures.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and all manufacturing records to maintain high production standards.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings; ensure accurate documentation.
• Under guidance of Center Manager, ensure the facility is clean and equipment is functioning.
• Submit timely reports and assist in donor center financial controls.
• Assist in training new employees and retraining current staff; communicate across service areas.
• Build rapport with donors to support long-term donation and customer satisfaction.
