Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise center operations daily activities and staff to ensure efficient plasma collections.
• Provide clear and consistent instructions, conduct meetings, and communicate performance expectations.
• Advise management of employee relation issues or escalated donor issues; participate in performance appraisals and coaching.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, and time card reporting; ensure proper training files and certifications are up to date.
• Promote safety and compliance with HSE/OSHA policies, conduct audits, and cross-train in related functions.

Education
