Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience overseeing others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations to ensure efficient collections.
• Provide instructions, conduct meetings, and communicate performance expectations.
• Advise management on employee relations and donor issues.
• Facilitate donor movement with Group Leaders to minimize wait times.
• Monitor attendance, time cards, and overtime utilization.
• Investigate errors and recommend process improvements.
• Support recruitment, performance appraisals, and staff feedback.
• Ensure SOPs and regulations compliance; assist marketing when needed.
