Job summary

Grifols, S.A in Sarasota, FL is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee donor flow, supervise production staff, and ensure all plasma center tasks are performed safely and efficiently. You will maintain strong liaison with the Center Manager and ensure operations meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP, maintaining thorough records, and training new staff. You will support objectives and deliver high-quality donor experiences daily.

Qualifications

• 4 years of related experience with phlebotomy and donor/plasma processing.
• Certified as Phlebotomist, Donor/Plasma Processor, and Trainer.
• Ability to work in a plasma center environment with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise donor flow and production staff to meet quality standards.
• Maintain thorough familiarity with FDA/OSHA/CLIA/cGMP regulations and SOPs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.
• Assist Center Manager and train new employees.
• Build rapport with donors to ensure satisfaction and long-term donations.
