Job summary

Grifols, S.A. seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee plasma center operations, supervise donor flow, and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.

You will train staff, maintain thorough documentation, coordinate with Center Managers, and support company objectives while keeping the facility clean and equipment in good working order. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or GED and multiple certifications and have about four years of related experience in phlebotomy and plasma

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience with phlebotomy, donor processing and plasma processing duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ability to perform all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Learn and maintain familiarity with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal procedures.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and all manufacturing records to meet production standards.
• Attend required training sessions and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assure facility is clean and equipment in good working order under management guidance.
• Submit timely and accurate reports as required.
• Assist in controlling center donor funds and training of staff.
• Build rapport with donors to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term donation.
• Report unsafe situations to area lead or manager.
• May be trained to repair plasma center equipment.
