CSL is seeking a Plasma Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and staff at the Buffalo center. The role requires supervising activities, ensuring donor flow, safety compliance, and effective communication with management and team members.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of supervisory experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably a Bachelor's degree. This on-site position involves oversight of staffing, training, and data recording within a compliant

Competenze

Minimum 1 year supervisory experience overseeing others.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.

Mansioni

Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations and staff.
Provide clear instructions, conduct meetings, and communicate performance expectations.
Facilitate donor movement to minimize wait times.
Ensure adequate staffing and manage attendance and overtime.
Conduct error investigations and recommend process improvements.
Participate in performance appraisals and document coaching actions.
Assist with recruitment and selection of center staff.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and safety procedures.
Record donor data accurately in the donor information system.
Maintain a clean work environment and ensure supplies are available.
Cross-train in all technical areas.
Bilingual skills may be required.
