Job summary

KEDPLASMA is seeking a Center Manager to lead one of our plasma donation centers in the United States. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage staff, and drive center performance while delivering an excellent donor experience.

In this leadership role, you will develop staff, monitor budget and KPIs, and coordinate with corporate teams to optimize processes. Travel up to 15% to other centers may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or business administration.
• Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a regulated center.
• Knowledge of FDA, CLIA, cGMP standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations, quality, compliance, staffing, and donor experience.
• Drive targets for collection volumes, cost efficiency, and profitability.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate center staff.
