Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Tucson, AZ, part of Takeda, seeks a part-time Center Operations role to oversee staff in production areas and ensure donor care and compliance. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee performance, scheduling, and inventory control, while resolving donor concerns and addressing non-conforming events.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR/AED certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, pro-longed glove wear is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events.
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.
