BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a part-time Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma centre operations in Fond du Lac, WI. You will determine donor eligibility, review test results, and assist with medical issues under the Center Manager and Center Physician guidance.

The role requires EMT-Paramedic licensure, CPR/AED certification, and clinical experience; on-site training is provided. Eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent including nursing program.
• State licensure or certification as EMT-Paramedic.
• Current CPR and AED certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Determine donor eligibility per informed consent, medical history, and test review.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer unresolved findings to Center Physician or Medical Affairs.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage employee incidents with EHS guidance and incident reporting.
• Possibly act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS.
