BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Plasma Center Nurse (EMT) in Wisconsin. You will determine donor eligibility, monitor reactions, review test results, and support center operations under supervision. This role emphasizes patient safety, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the center team.

The position offers Day 1 benefits, sign-on bonus, and opportunities for growth within Takeda's BioLife network. Prior nursing licensure as EMT-Paramedic and CPR/AED are required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent and nursing program licensure.
• Licensed or certified as EMT-Paramedic in the responsible state.
• CPR and AED certification current.
• Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy.
• Complete FDA-approved training for BioLife Medical Support Specialist.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Determine donor eligibility, informed consent, and medical history.
• Assess donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Consult Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical or technical guidance.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage employee incidents with EHS guidance.
• Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS.
