BioLife Plasma Services in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is seeking a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse). You will work under the Center Manager and Physician, determining donor eligibility, reviewing laboratory results, and managing donor safety and donor communications.

This part-time role includes supporting vaccination programs, coordinating with Medical Affairs, and ensuring compliance with plasma collection regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with nursing program completion.
• Licensed or certified as LPN or LVN in the applicable state.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Complete FDA-approved BioLife Medical Support Specialist training.
• Minimum two years of clinical or hospital experience.

Responsabilités

• Determine donor eligibility, informed consent, and screening documentation.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer complex cases to Center Physician or Medical Affairs as needed.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage occupational health/ER incidents and coordinate with EHS.
• Assist as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS.
