Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Wisconsin is seeking a Paramedic (Medical Support Specialist) to join our plasma center team. You will determine donor eligibility, manage donor safety, and support center operations under supervision of the Center Manager and Center Physician.

This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, no overnight shifts, CPR/AED required, and current EMT-Paramedic licensure. Join a mission-driven environment focused on safe, high-quality donor care.

Qualifications

• Must hold current EMT-Paramedic license
• CPR/AED certification required
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, medical history interview, and donor testing as required.
• Evaluate donor reactions and manage medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance on medical or technical issues.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
• Manage employee incidents and coordinate with occupational health/EHS as needed.
