• Evaluate donor reactions and medical emergencies per SOPs.
• Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for abnormal findings.
• Support hepatitis B and seasonal flu vaccination programs for staff.
• Manage employee incidents per EHS guidance and escalate as needed.
• Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS/Medical Affairs.
