Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in clinical or general business environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the general manager for a Plasma Collection Center and has overall responsibility for the center's operation.
• Manages daily operations, supervising operations and quality control, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Directs and manages employees and processes to meet training, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Develops action plans to maximize center efficiency and implements process improvements.
• Oversees donor selection, plasma collection, and record completion through the Assistant Manager.
