Job summary

Grifols in Clarksville, TN seeks a General Manager to oversee a Plasma Collection Center. You will manage daily operations, staff, and compliance with policies and regulations, while driving KPI targets and budget attainment.

You will lead through the Assistant Manager, ensure donor recruitment and retention, and maintain facility readiness, safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience in clinical or general business.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required; plasma or blood experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly CPL, KPI, and staffing targets.
• Create an environment that boosts morale and productivity.
• Operate the center with high ethics and integrity.
• Manage staff training and quality goals; implement improvements.
• Monitor operations and develop action plans to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee headcount planning and provide projections to regional management.
• Handle personnel functions including hiring, development, and records.
• Provide strategic direction and planning.
• Oversee donor selection, plasma collection, and records.
• Ensure inventory and training of production staff.
• Maintain facilities and equipment; manage freezer alarms.
• Represent center in community relations and marketing.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP.
