Job summary

Grifols, S.A. seeks a Center Manager to lead a Plasma Collection Center in Kearney, NE. Relocation assistance of up to $20,000 is available. A bachelor's degree and management experience in a clinical or regulated setting are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically requires 3+ years of related work experience and supervisory experience.
• Experience in a medical or cGMP regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly goals, staffing/hours per CPL targets and KPI goals.
• Lead center operations with emphasis on ethics, integrity, and quality.
• Train staff to meet quality goals and implement process improvements.
• Oversee donor selection, plasma collection, inventory, and records.
• Develop budget plans and provide timely reports to regional management.
