Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and proven ability to manage workflow, donor relations, and safety programs in a cgmp-regulated setting. Relocation assistance up to $20,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related work experience in clinical or general business environment
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Prior management experience, preferably supervising a group of 20+ employees
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred

Responsibilities

• Acts as the general manager for a Plasma Collection Center and has overall responsibility for the center's operation.
• Meets quarterly goals, staffing targets, and KPI goals while ensuring quality and cost controls.
• Manages staff, training, and performance to achieve center efficiency and standards.
• Develops action plans to maximize center efficiency and implements process improvements.
• Maintains regulatory compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP requirements.
• Monitors donor relations, community representation, and budget management.
