Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Center Manager to lead a Plasma Collection Center, overseeing daily operations, staff, and quality control. You will ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations while driving performance against quarterly CPL and KPI targets.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in clinical or business roles, and experience supervising a team. Prior experience in cGMP environments and plasma collection is preferred; relocation to Lawton,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in clinical or general business.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Prior management experience, preferably supervising 20+ employees.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly goals and KPI targets including CPL and staffing efficiency.
• Lead center operations with staff to achieve high ethical and quality standards.
• Train and develop personnel; implement process improvements.
• Direct and manage employees and monitor operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial records for the center.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP regulations.
