Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, business, nursing, finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in clinical or general business.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly goals and KPI targets including CPL and staffing efficiency.
• Create an environment that boosts morale and productivity.
• Operate center and manage staff to high ethics and integrity.
• Ensure training and quality goals are met; implement process improvements.
• Direct and manage employees; oversee donor selection and plasma collection via Assistant Manager.
• Prepare and monitor budgets; manage facility costs and center efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP.
