Zusammenfassung

Grifols is seeking a Center Manager in Casa Grande, AZ to act as general manager of a Plasma Collection Center. You will oversee daily operations, staff, training, and quality control, ensuring compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP standards.

The role requires leadership to meet production targets, budget management, and strategic planning, while maintaining safety and donor satisfaction. Relocation and travel may be involved as part of regional duties.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related work experience in clinical or general business environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Prior management experience, preferably supervising a group of 20 or more employees.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.

• Operate the center and manage employees to high ethical and integrity standards.
• Manage staff to ensure training and quality goals are met and implement operational changes.
• Direct and manage employees.
• Monitor and evaluate operations; develop action plans to maximize efficiency.
• Manage headcount for efficient staffing across production intervals with projections.
• Accountable for hiring, assignment of work, training, disciplinary actions and records.
• Provide strategic direction and planning.
