Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance or related field.
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience in clinical or general business experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required; experience in medical/cGMP regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly goals, staffing and CPL targets, and KPI goals.
• Create an environment that stimulates morale and productivity.
• Operate the center with high ethics and integrity.
• Manage staff training and quality goals, implement changes for efficiency.
• Monitor operations and develop action plans to maximize efficiency.
• Plan headcount to match production intervals and budget projections.
• Oversee hiring, assignments, and personnel development; maintain records.
• Provide strategic direction and planning.
