Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with screening procedures per SOPs.
• Record donor data in electronic management system.
• Perform health screenings such as blood pressure, pulse, weight and temperature.
• Explain screening process and center policies to donors.
• Answer phones and route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and follow safety policies.
