Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Donor Center Screener in Tampa to greet donors and guide them through the screening and registration process for plasma pheresis.

The role includes confirming eligibility, performing basic health measurements, and recording data in the center's electronic system while ensuring safety and confidentiality. Previous clerical or customer service experience in a medical setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Will perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with registration to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis
• Assist donors with screening procedures, health history review, basic medical questions, and health checks
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system
• Provide donor education about screening, policies, nutrition, and center procedures
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and a clean, efficient work environment
• Cross-train in other areas as needed and support center operations
