Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician to oversee preventive and reactive maintenance across our manufacturing plant in Plain Township, Ohio.

The role emphasizes keeping equipment running, managing PM schedules, and ensuring a safe, efficient production environment. You will troubleshoot equipment, maintain spare parts inventory, and support uptime goals while working 40+ hours per week and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing and pneumatic skills including troubleshooting.
• Understanding of ADS manufacturing process and maintenance practices.
• Inventory management and ability to work with plant personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform preventive and reactive maintenance for plant equipment.
• Manage PM schedules and spare parts inventory to maximize uptime.
• Repair equipment to maintain production rates and safety.
• Work 40+ hours per week, weekends as required, and on-call duties.
• Communicate with plant personnel and ADS support services as needed.
