Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance across our manufacturing operations.

You will help maximize production by repairing equipment, managing PM schedules, and ensuring a safe, efficient plant environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining spare parts inventory, operating forklifts, and collaborating with the Maintenance and Production teams.

Qualifications

• Basic industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing and pneumatic skills.
• Understanding of ADS manufacturing process including troubleshooting.
• Inventory management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and communicate to other plant personnel.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understand purpose and proper use of small hand and power tools.
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
• Self-motivation.
• Facility organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance to maximize production.
• Maintain and manage spare parts inventory.
• Work 40+ hours, weekends as required and on-call duties.
• Direct and perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance duties.
• Communicate with plant personnel and ADS support services.
• Assist with ADS support service team projects.
• Understand and practice ADS CORE VALUES.
