Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair diverse equipment, and coordinate parts with suppliers to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires on-call duties and flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma or technical training with strong electrical/mechanical skills and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Vocational Training required.
• Electrical/Mechanical training preferred; PLC basics helpful.
• Experience with electrical test tools and safety procedures.
• Warning: Ensure alignment with actual requirements in header.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machines and controls (extruders, drives, electrical components).
• Perform preventive maintenance and PM work orders to maximize production.
• Order replacement parts and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
• Maintain CMMS records and participate in safety and continuous improvement.
• Respond to on-call repairs and support production staff on site.
